Meet Domenico

Born in Sora, Province of Frosinone, Lazio, Italy

With the energy, strength and vitality of a man half his age, Domenico Carpico’s mind and body are in constant motion. The busier he is, the happier he seems to be. Domenico worked in the construction trade most of his life and his home is a reflection of the skills he has honed and his sheer, hard physical work.  He dug his wine cellar by hand and crafted a beautiful stone terraced patio from the stone he unearthed when clearing the space for his garden.

He and his wife, Barbara eagerly welcome my visits, offering  wine and wisdom about gardening, raising chickens, wine making and more.
